So, here I sit. Staring at a blank page without an audience, without any idea of what the next post will bring, I am thrilled. Thrilled for finally being able to record experiments in the kitchen, both failures and utter successes. Thrilled to be able to try new recipes, learn new techniques, and hear reactions (one day). And, of course, thrilled for those few dishes that seem to bring bliss, bite by bite.
